The affirmations in Louise Hay's book are great! I had a lower back, knee, and foot ache for weeks. A friend reminded me about the affirmations in You Can Heal Your Life. Within a day of repeating them in my head, I was ache free!!!! I now say them while driving, cooking, showering, walking, vacuuming......you name it. Anytime I have an idle brain moment, I'm repeating the affirmations. They have become my preventative medicine!!!
